Do I need to create an account?

No. You can make purchases from us as a guest, however you wont have the ability to log back in and check on your orders.  To do this you would need to email us with your order number.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can complete your order with us by credit or debit card.

How do I use a coupon code?

After clicking “add to basket” you will be taken to your cart where you will see the box for the coupon code during the checkout process.

How do I view my orders?

How will I know that my order is complete?

How long does delivery take?

This may vary to to the location of the brands you are purchasing from, however shipping estimations are available on each items product page.

I have received my item but it is not as described / it is faulty.

As per UK legislation, items need to be of satisfactory quality and not misrepresented.  If you believe that this is the case then please contact us and we will notify the seller who will endeavour to resolve all issues.  Please see our Buyer’s Terms and Conditions for full details.

My order arrived damaged.

Items are checked thoroughly by our brands before they are sent out, however in the unfortunate event that an item does arrive damaged please notify us as soon as you realise.  We will request a photograph of the packaging and the item itself (including damage) so please do not throw anything away before contacting us.

How do I return at item?

Please notify us of your intention to return an item and cancel your order and we will send you the necessary instructions.  Please see our returns policy.

Who is the seller?

Be Designer only acts as an agent for each seller, sellers are the independent brands who have designed and/or made the items you purchase.  You buy directly from the sellers themselves and they are responsible for the deliver of the item.
