Shipping & Returns
As per our terms and conditions, if you simply wish to cancel an order you have 14 days from the day you received the order to notify us of the cancellation. You subsequently have a further 14 days from that date to return the item to the seller (that being the independent brand from which you purchased).
You can notify us by emailing [email protected] We will provide you with the return instructions and a returns address. You are responsible for the delivery charges and we would recommend you use a recorded / tracked delivery service.
If you have received the item please return it in its original packaging. You may be responsible for any diminished value to the item.
Perishable, beauty / cosmetic and intimate items will only be accepted as returns providing the packaging is unopened and any security seals are unbroken.
We, as the agent, will provide you with a refund upon you either a. notifying us of the cancellation prior to the item being dispatched or b. upon us receiving confirmation from the seller that the item has been returned without issues.
