Placing an Order

No. You can make purchases from us as a guest, however, you won’t have the ability to log back in and check on your orders. To do this you would need to email us with your order number.

After clicking “add to basket” you will be taken to your cart where you will see the box for the coupon code during the checkout process.

You can complete your order with us by credit / debit card and Paypal.

Be Designer only acts as an agent for each seller, sellers are the independent brands who have designed and/or made the items you purchase. You buy directly from the sellers themselves and they are responsible for the delivery of the item.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our brands are spread across the world and each ship to different locations - the easiest way to see if they ship to your location is to add an item to your cart, enter your zip code and the calculator will tell you.

Be Designer houses many brands from across the world, meaning different items in your orders can be coming from multiple locations, this is why there are sometimes multiple shipping charges. A lot of our brands offer free shipping, either as standard or over a certain amount, but sometimes that's not possible. This is something we're working to improve so keep an eye out for shipping offers.

This may vary to the location of the brands you are purchasing from, however shipping estimations are available on each item’s product page.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

As per UK legislation, items need to be of satisfactory quality and not misrepresented. If you believe that this is the case then please contact us and we will notify the seller who will endeavour to resolve all issues. Please see our Buyer’s Terms and Conditions for full details.

Items are checked thoroughly by our brands before they are sent out, however in the unfortunate event that an item does arrive damaged please notify us as soon as you realise. We will request a photograph of the packaging and the item itself (including damage) so please do not throw anything away before contacting us.

Please notify us of your intention to return an item and cancel your order and we will send you the necessary instructions. Please see our returns policy for more detailed information.
